Sub-processors
A sub-processor is a company we engage to process customer data on our behalf in order to run Memo. This page is the authoritative list. It is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement and our Privacy Policy, and we keep it current.

What is not on this list
Your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Attio), your Google Workspace, and your meeting note-taker (Fireflies, Gong, Granola) are not our sub-processors. They are your own systems. Memo reads from and writes to them on your instruction, under your own agreement with those providers. We do not engage them, and we do not control what they do with your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Memo’s database, application servers and analytics run in the European Union. The AI providers above process data in the United States. Those transfers are made under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with each provider’s supplementary safeguards. Content is sent for the duration of the request; none of these providers trains models on it.
Changes to this list
Changes are governed by section 4 of our Data Processing Agreement, which sets out the notice we give customers and the right to object.
